Kids have made new friends and are growing skills and discipline. I’m totally hooked on the new hobby and have made several new friends myself, plus I get a killer workout in the process. Prof Thiago takes training seriously and provides seasoned black belt level instruction, but also has a laid back personality and the culture in the gym is very relaxed. Professor and other members were quick to welcome me. The training partners are great. There is no ego, only good people who want to learn. Highly recommend this gym!

Best gym I’ve trained at. Fantastic coaching and great atmosphere for improving your game — you get the vibe of strong competitors working alongside hobbyists in a supportive environment. Another plus is that the mats always seem super clean. Can’t recommend enough.

Do I need any special equipment to study All Levels Jiu Jitsu?

Students typically wear a Gi (two-piece garment worn by martial artists.) It is also typical for some students may want to wear a mouth guard. It’s a good idea to have a supply of athletic tape, as well.

Is there an age limit to study All Levels Jiu Jitsu?

No. We have students as young as 63 years old.
